Common questions

Which colour should I choose?
The blue dripper is a matter of taste. A row of drippers in different colours can also help baristas tell brew stations apart at a busy bar.

Should I preheat it?
Yes. Rinse the paper filter and warm the dripper with hot water before adding coffee. It removes the papery taste and stops the brew losing heat.

How do I clean a ceramic dripper?
Rinse it with warm water after every brew and wash with mild detergent daily. Avoid hard knocks, which can chip the glaze.
