Common questions

Piping nozzles
Nozzle numbers describe the opening: round tips pipe dots, writing and borders; open and closed stars pipe rosettes, shells and swirls; petal, leaf and grass tips pipe flowers and texture. A coupler lets you change nozzles on one bag.

How is it used?
Drop it into a piping bag (with a coupler if you want to swap tips), fill the bag two-thirds with buttercream, royal icing or cream, and pipe with steady pressure.

How is it cleaned?
Soak in warm soapy water and clear the opening with a small brush; dry fully so stainless steel does not spot.

Does it fit standard bags and couplers?
Yes, it fits standard disposable and reusable piping bags; small tips also fit a standard coupler.

How should it be stored?
Dry, in a nozzle box or tray so the tips do not get bent or crushed.
