This policy explains how Bait Al Diafa Trading Co. LLC ("we", "us"), 23, 53 Street, Al Naba'a, Al Sharq, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates, collects and uses personal data when you use diafatrading.com, contact us or buy from us. We handle personal data in line with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data.

What we collect

  • Contact and order details you give us: name, company, phone number, email address, delivery address and order details, when you place an order, create an account, send an enquiry or message us on WhatsApp.
  • Account data if you register: your login details and order history.
  • Website usage data: pages visited, device and browser type and approximate location, collected through cookies and Google Analytics to understand how the site is used.
  • Security data: Google reCAPTCHA checks on our forms to block spam.

How we use it

  • To process and deliver orders, answer enquiries and provide customer service.
  • To keep records required for accounting and VAT.
  • To improve the website and our product range.
  • To send you service messages about your orders. We only send marketing messages if you have agreed to receive them, and you can opt out at any time.

Who we share it with

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with the companies that help us run the business, such as delivery partners, our hosting and email providers, and Google (Analytics and reCAPTCHA), and only as far as needed for that service, or where the law requires it.
