How is it used?
Polish the cavities with cotton wool, fill with tempered chocolate, tap out the air, invert to form shells, scrape clean, fill and cap; once set, the chocolates release with a firm tap.

How is it cleaned?
Rinse in warm water without detergent or abrasive sponges, dry and polish with soft cotton; avoid the dishwasher, which dulls the surface and so the shine on your chocolates.

What does each piece weigh?
About 100g per piece, with 4×1 cavities in the mould.

Why is my chocolate dull?
