Common questions

Combi oven accessories
Grids, trays, baskets, spikes and containers made for combi ovens use the oven fully: grill marks, crisp frying without oil, whole roast chicken and baked potatoes, each in a GN format that slides straight onto the rails.

Which ovens does it fit?
Combi ovens with GN rails; check its size against your oven before ordering.

How is it cleaned?
In the oven's cleaning cycle or by hand with warm water; avoid steel wool on coated surfaces.

Why use it?
It lets the combi oven grill, fry, roast and bake more dishes with consistent results.
