Common questions

Heavy-duty black-base containers
Heavy-duty range uses a corrugated (ribbed) PP base that stays rigid under large, hot portions, with a clear lid that shows the dish. Remove the lid before microwaving: the base is microwave safe, the lid is not designed for heating.

Is it microwave safe?
The base is; remove the lid before heating.

What goes in 2 compartments?
A main with rice, or a main and a side.

Does the lid seal each compartment?
The compartment lid matches the dividers to limit mixing.
