Common questions

Choosing a soap or sanitiser dispenser
Size the reservoir to traffic so it is not refilled every shift. Touch-free sensor units stop hands meeting the pump, which matters in kitchens, clinics and busy washrooms; manual push units are simple and need no batteries; stainless steel and chrome suit premium washrooms; counter-mounted units keep the wall clear and feed from under the sink.

What can it dispense?
Liquid hand soap; check the nozzle before using it for gel sanitiser.

How is it powered?
By batteries; replace them when the dose weakens.

How is it refilled?
Open the cover, wash and dry the reservoir, then refill; topping up old soap lets bacteria build up.
