de Buyer Mineral B Pro 11" Carbon Steel Fry Pan 5680.28

Boost the performance of your kitchen for generations with this de Buyer Mineral B Pro 11" carbon steel fry pan! Absolutely perfect for searing, grilling, and frying, this pan only gets better with time. Simply season before using it for the first time and it will gradually become more seasoned and develop non-stick properties after each and every use. Not to mention, it works with any type of cooking surface, including induction. Just make sure to only hand wash this pan by deglazing, rinsing under warm water, drying, and finally lightly oiling it before its next use. More heat conductive than stainless steel and lighter than cast iron cookware, de Buyer's Mineral B Pro line is built with durable carbon steel that's made from 99% iron and 1% carbon. Each piece comes coated in natural beeswax in order to protect against oxidation, so there is no need to ever worry about your cookware arriving with rust. The beeswax finish is completely mess free as it won't drip or pool and it also helps to facilitate the progressive seasoning of the pan over time. This fry pan, like every other item in the Mineral B Pro collection, features a riveted, stainless steel cast French handle with a heat stop design that keeps it cool during cooking and a hanging hole for easy storage and organization. The pans in this line are also particularly great at caramelizing the natural sugars on foods to seal in moisture and maximize flavor. Crafting high quality products since 1830, almost all of de Buyer's cookware is manufactured directly out of their factory in the Vosges region of France. Passion is poured into each item in order to allow equally passionate chefs to thrive in the kitchen. Be sure to mix and match this piece with others in the de Buyer Mineral B Pro collection (sold separately) in order to bring both tradition and functionality to your kitchen that can last for lifetimes.
