This 2-pack refill kit includes 2 red cutting boards and is made for use with the San Jamar 20" x 15" x 1/8" QuadGrip™ cutting board with frame (sold separately). This revolutionary system helps cut down on replacement costs and allows you to have multiple cutting surfaces that are simple to swap out, ensuring that your chefs comply with the USDA's Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) program. Additional color-coded boards (sold separately) are available to help monitor safe preparation of different types of food. To prevent cross-contamination, HACCP color-coded boards are available in the following colors: red (raw meat), white (baked goods), yellow (poultry), green (produce), blue (seafood), brown (cooked meat), and purple (allergens).
