This unit is fully insulated to help trap in the heat and to add structural rigidity for durable performance. Made of 20 gauge stainless steel and reinforced by an internal framework, the cabinet is sure to become a reliable staple in your bustling business! Accessing the interior is easy too, thanks to two insulated doors outfitted with antimicrobial, magnetic latches for sanitation and ease of use. Inside, the cabinet houses wire pan supports that are removable for easy cleaning. They are spaced on 2 3/4" centers to accommodate 16 full size sheet pans or food pans. Outfitted with a set of 4 heavy-duty, 5" swivel casters, the unit is perfect for both holding and transport applications.
