It can also accommodate (8) 1/2 size or (12) 1/3 size, 4" deep food pans for added versatility. With tray slides on each side of the display, the unit makes self-service safe and easy to allow customers to fill up their plates or take-out containers with piping hot rice, beans, vegetables, and other delicious dishes! For your convenience and peace of mind, the power and temperature controls are easy to access, but concealed to deter tampering or accidental changes. A transparent, slanted canopy adds visual appeal for even the most modern of operations. This particular hot food buffet table features patented Halo Heat® technology to provide a high-quality holding environment. Heat radiates from the base and upper canopy, gently and evenly heating product. This process helps extend product life, while eliminating the need for steam.
