Vikan 82 oz. Blue Metal Detectable Polypropylene Hand Scoop 6500MD3

Scoop ingredients safely with this Vikan blue metal detectable polypropylene hand scoop. This scoop features a durable polypropylene construction that ensures long-lasting use in your establishment. Its one-piece construction has no seams or cracks, which helps prevent bacterial growth. Plus, it's made with a semi-ferrous additive that makes it identifiable by standard metal detection equipment.

This scoop is perfect for safely handling bulk ingredients in sensitive areas. Use it with fine powders, large food particles, or ice. The blue color of this scoop allows you to introduce a color-coded system to reduce the potential for cross-contamination. For your convenience, the handle features a hanging hole for easy storage.
