The Metro C5 9 Series C595L-SFC-LPFC half size insulated low wattage pass-through holding cabinet with clear door provides maximum control and convenience for keeping your food at the optimal serving temperature. Standing at only 44 3/4" tall, this cabinet is small yet mighty, as its chrome lip loaded slides hold up to (17) 18" x 26" sheet pans on 1 1/2" increments. The innovative pass-through design allows it to be placed between your kitchen and serving area, as products can be easily accessed from both sides. Its high-quality insulation and digitally controlled dual-element ducted heating system ensure that the cabinet heats and recovers quickly, up to 200 degrees Fahrenheit, so your food's freshness is always preserved. To boost efficiency, this cabinet comes with a built-in temperature controller, located on the top of the unit.
