It achieves this by heating 75 GPH from 110 to 180 degrees Fahrenheit, or 132 GPH from 140 to 180 degrees Fahrenheit. For maximum performance, the unit features a 3 gallon accumulator tank as well as a stainless steel thermal expansion tank to allow water to expand safely in the high heat environment. The unit features patented VariFlame technology, which is a temperature control system that eliminates the need for a standing pilot and boosts the overall efficiency of the unit, providing greater performance with less energy! This booster heater includes a range of features engineered with safety in mind. For instance, the ECO high temperature shut off immediately powers down the unit if it reaches unsafe temperatures for operation.
