Common questions

Do recycling bins actually get used?
Only when the streams are clear. Label each opening with a simple icon for paper, plastic, cans or general waste, place the bin where people already throw things away, and match the streams to what your waste contractor collects separately. A recycling bin whose streams end up in one truck undermines trust in the whole programme.

201, 430 or 304 stainless?
All three look alike when new. 304 has the most nickel and chromium and resists corrosion best, which matters outdoors and near the coast. 430 and 201 are harder-wearing grades used for indoor bins, and they hold up well in air-conditioned spaces. For outdoor positions in the UAE's salty, humid air, wipe and dry stainless regularly to prevent tea staining.

How many streams?
3, one per compartment.

How much does each hold?
90 litres (3 x 30 L).

What is it made of?
brushed 430 stainless, 0.6 mm.

How big is it?
935 x 315 x 775 mm.
