GI Metal Azzurra 20'' Anodized Aluminum Square Pizza Peel with 47'' Handle A-50R/120

Easily slide pizzas into and out of ovens with the GI Metal A-50R/120 Azzurra 20'' anodized aluminum pizza peel. The Azzura line of pizza peels is lighter than the comparable peels yet offers incredible strength and durability. Its oval tubular handle with internal ribbing allows this peel to lift and carry heavily loaded pizzas from prep areas to the oven and back with stability and ease! Additionally, the head and handle joint has two metals overlaying one another and are secured by three large rivets. The riveted joint reduces vibration being transferred to the handle, making using this peel more comfortable. Plus, the handle features a loop at the end for easy hanging and storage. On its head, each peel has neutral anodizing to protect its surface from oxidation. The rectangular head, milled at the front, provides a large surface area for ease of lifting the pizza, while ribbing in the middle and laterally creates rigidity when the peel is lifted ensuring it can hold even your heaviest pizza! Pizza peels aren't just limited to pizza; they can be used for almost any food cooked in a pizza or deck oven. The metal head, thin edge, and smooth surface ensures that it's easy to lift food off a prep counter or out of an oven. Each peel has a rectangular head giving it a straight front edge that can be used as a scraper. For further ease of use, each peel has a 47'' handle that keeps the user's hands further away from hot oven surfaces. This classic all aluminum peel has been designed to act as an extension of the users arm and is durable enough to stand up to continuous use!
