Equipped with a tumbler lock that secures spindles into place, this vandal-resistant unit's spindles can only be removed with a special key (included). This anti-theft feature is great for highly-trafficked areas such as public restrooms, rest stops, gas stations, and more. Accommodates two standard-core toilet tissue rolls up to 6" in diameter.
