Common questions

Foil balloons
Foil balloons hold helium or air much longer than latex and keep their shape and shine, which makes them the choice for numbers, letters, messages and character designs.

Does it float with helium?
Small 16-inch letters and numbers are usually filled with air and hung or mounted on sticks; 32-inch and larger numbers and shapes float with helium.

How is it inflated?
Through the self-sealing valve with a straw, hand pump or helium nozzle; do not overfill, which splits the seams.

Can it be reused?
Often yes: deflate gently through the valve with a straw and store it flat.

Is it safe for young children?
Keep uninflated and burst balloons away from children under eight, who can choke on them, and supervise children with balloons.
