Common questions

Choosing gloves for cleaning and food handling
Reusable rubber gloves protect hands from detergents and hot water in pot-wash and cleaning; heavy-duty gloves resist stronger chemicals. Disposable vinyl, latex and TPE gloves are for food handling and short tasks and are changed between jobs. Colour-coding gloves by area stops toilet gloves being used in the kitchen.

When should they be changed?
Between tasks, between raw and ready-to-eat food, after touching money or bins, and whenever torn.

Are they powder-free?
See the specifications; powder-free gloves are preferred for food handling.

Which size?
This is size x large; gloves should fit snugly without pinching at the fingertips.
