Common questions

Facial tissue: what the specification means
Ply is the number of layers pressed together: 2-ply is the usual hospitality standard, soft enough for guests and strong enough not to tear when damp. Soft n Cool tissues are made in the UAE from virgin pulp rather than recycled fibre, which is what keeps them white and lint-free.

What is a 6.5 oz cup used for?
Tea, karak and small coffees, the standard size for office pantries and majlis service.

Are the cups for hot drinks?
Yes, they are paper cups made for hot drinks.

Where are the tissues made?
In the UAE.
