Common questions

Pizza screens and crispers
Perforated screens and crisper pans let heat reach the base, so pizza bakes crisp and even in deck, conveyor and convection ovens, and move easily in and out.

How is it seasoned?
Wipe it lightly with oil and heat it before first use; a seasoned screen releases better.

How is it cleaned?
Brush off crumbs and wipe it; avoid soaking aluminium in harsh detergent.

Which size do I need?
The pizza size in its title; allow the dough to reach the edge of the screen.

Where is it used?
Pizzerias, restaurants and hotel kitchens.
