Kitchen chemicals: the right product for each job
Commercial kitchens in the UAE are inspected on cleaning and sanitising, so each job needs its product: a degreaser for hoods, grills and floors, a dishwashing detergent and rinse aid for the machine, a manual detergent for the pot wash, and a food-safe sanitiser for prep surfaces. Dose by measure, not by eye; overdosing wastes product and leaves residue.

Is it safe on all surfaces?
It is strong: keep it off aluminium, painted and hot surfaces unless the label allows, and rinse food-contact surfaces after use.

Do staff need gloves?
Wear gloves when handling the concentrate, and eye protection when decanting; the safety data sheet gives full handling details.

Can it be mixed with other cleaners?
No. Never mix cleaning chemicals, and above all never mix chlorine bleach with acids or ammonia, which releases toxic gas. Use it on its own and rinse between products.
