Common questions

Ice storage bins
An insulated ice bin stores ice from a modular ice machine mounted on top, or ice carried from elsewhere, so a bar or kitchen has ice ready at peak times.

Which ice machines fit on it?
The bin must match the machine's footprint.

Does it need a drain?
Yes; melt water drains away through the outlet, so connect it to a floor drain.

How is it cleaned?
Empty it, wash and sanitise the inside regularly, and use a clean scoop kept outside the ice.
