Common questions

Undercounter, hood or conveyor dishwasher?
Undercounter machines suit bars and small cafés. Hood-type machines take racks at standing height and handle most restaurants. Conveyor machines pull racks through continuously and suit hotels, canteens and banqueting. Size by racks per hour at your busiest service, not the average. The final rinse at 80–90°C is what sanitises.

How fast is it?
60-second cycles at its quickest.

What rinse temperature?
90°C.

What supply does it need?
400 V three phase at 8.38 kW.

What tables does it need?
Inlet and outlet tables to form a wash line.
