Common questions

Commercial dishwashers
Undercounter, hood and conveyor dishwashers clean in minutes with hot final rinses; size by covers per hour and use racks of 50 x 50 cm.

What power supply does it need?
A three-phase 380–415 V supply (19.8 kW, 400 V, 50 Hz); have an electrician confirm the connection before delivery.

Does it need water and drainage?
Yes. It needs a water supply and a drain point near where it will stand; UAE water is hard, so a softener or filter protects it from scale.

Does it need detergent pumps?
Yes, detergent and rinse aid are dosed by pumps into each cycle.

How is it cleaned?
Empty and clean filters and arms daily; descale regularly in hard water.
