Does it work on induction?
Induction needs a magnetic base; check the maker's markings or test with a magnet before use.

How is stainless steel kept looking new?
Wash, rinse and dry it straight away to avoid water marks; avoid chlorine bleach and steel wool, which mark and pit the surface.

How is it cleaned?
