GN pans come in standard fractions of a 530 x 325 mm 1/1 pan (1/2, 1/3, 2/3 and so on) and in depths from 20 to 200 mm, so they fit ovens, bain maries, fridges and chafing dishes interchangeably.

How is stainless steel kept looking new?
Wash, rinse and dry it straight away to avoid water marks; avoid chlorine bleach and steel wool, which mark and pit the surface.
