A transfer sheet carries a printed cocoa-butter design that moves onto chocolate as it sets: spread tempered chocolate over the printed side, let it set, then peel the acetate away to leave a glossy pattern. Use them on bars, bonbons, tart tops and cake decorations.

How is it used?
Place the sheet printed side up, spread tempered chocolate over it, let it set at cool room temperature, then peel the acetate off; for bonbons, lay it in the mould before filling.

How should it be stored?
Temperature 16-20 degree celsius & Relative humidity <55%.

Can it be used with compound chocolate?
Yes, it transfers onto couverture and compound chocolate; tempering couverture gives the best gloss.
