This aluminum roasting pan is perfectly suited for open roasting, or you can pair it with its bottom pan counterpart (sold separately) to make it a snug-fitting double roaster to seal in steam. To reduce energy costs, it's recommended that you reduce oven temperatures by 25 degrees Fahrenheit when using this pan for the same great results.
