Plastic Swing Dust Bin 35LT (Grey) Baiyun - Made in China
Product Details
A Baiyun plastic swing-lid bin holding 35 litres in grey, measuring 39.9 x 29.2 x 66 cm, with smooth contours for cleaning and a body that resists denting, chipping and peeling. A swing lid is hands-free in one direction only — it opens on push and falls closed, which suits dry waste in a corridor but not a kitchen.

Who it suits
For corridors, offices, back-of-house areas and general waste collection where a lid keeps contents out of sight. Swing lids are not suitable for food-preparation areas, where hands should not touch the bin at all — those need a pedal bin. Smooth contours matter because a bin that cannot be disinfected properly is itself a hygiene finding.
Common questions
Is a swing lid hygienic enough for a kitchen?
No. Pushing the lid means touching it. Food-preparation areas need pedal bins so hands never contact the bin.
Why do smooth contours matter?
Ribs and corners trap soil and cannot be wiped clean. A bin that cannot be disinfected becomes a hygiene finding itself.
Is 35 litres a practical size?
It suits corridors and offices emptied daily. Kitchens generating food waste need larger capacity and more frequent emptying.
Does plastic outlast stainless?
In wet, knocked-about back-of-house areas, often yes. Plastic does not dent or corrode; stainless looks better in guest areas.
