Mustik Floor Squeegee 45CM (Grey) With Aluminium Handle - IPC Pulex - Made in Italy
Product Details
An IPC Mustik floor squeegee with a 45 cm blade on a mineral fibre reinforced head with an aluminium handle. Forty-five centimetres is the working compromise for a fitted commercial kitchen — enough width to clear ground at a reasonable rate, narrow enough to work between benches and around equipment.

Who it suits
For commercial kitchens with fitted equipment, where a 55 cm blade catches on bench legs and a 35 cm takes too many strokes. It is the practical single-squeegee choice for a tight kitchen. Open floors and wash-down bays clear faster with 55 or 75 cm.
Common questions
Which squeegee width should I choose?
Width is a trade between coverage and reach. 35 cm works around equipment legs, in cubicles and behind fittings. 45 cm suits confined kitchens. 55 cm is the practical default for most commercial floors. 75 cm belongs on large open areas where nothing interrupts the stroke. Most sites end up owning two: a wide one for the open floor and a narrow one for everything the wide one cannot reach.
Is 45 cm the right size for a kitchen?
For a fitted kitchen with benches and equipment, usually yes. Open floors clear faster with a wider blade.
How does it compare with the 35 cm?
Ten centimetres more per stroke, at the cost of reach into confined spaces. Many sites carry both.
Is the blade replaceable?
Blades are consumable on any squeegee. Confirm replacement availability, since a worn blade streaks regardless of technique.
What does the aluminium handle add?
It does not corrode in constant wet use, unlike plated steel which rusts at any chip in the coating.
