"Very rigid pans. They are holding their shape very well. Bought specifically for level trays for cakes and cookies. So far I am very satsified with this purchase."

Full Size

Made in the USA with global materials, this 18" x 26" pan is perfect for heavy-duty applications, like baking or transporting pies and cakes. This full size pan can easily handle large batches. Its versatile size makes it a perfect addition to your cookware collection and helps you ensure that you're using the right pan for the job!

Durable Construction

Thanks to its 16 gauge aluminum construction, this sturdy pan is built to stand up to the daily rigors of your busy kitchen. Its tension-bow technology increases the strength of the pan to help prevent bowing, ensuring that your pan will remain flat. Plus, its reinforced sidewalls increase its strength by up to 30%, so that it can stand up to repeated use in high temperatures.

Curled Rim

This pan's curled rim helps to ensure durability while protecting fingers. The rim contains a wire that provides structural reinforcement to help the pan retain its shape, and the curled shape keeps fingers away from pan edges. Plus, the curled rim won't trap food debris, helping to maintain a sanitary environment in your kitchen!
