Common questions
Knife bags, rolls and stands
Knife bags and rolls carry a chef's knives and tools safely to work, class or competition, each blade in its own slot; wooden stands display and store knives at home or at the pass.
How should knives go in?
Clean and dry, edge down or guarded, each in its own slot so blades do not touch.
How is it cleaned?
Empty it, brush out crumbs and wipe with a damp cloth; let it dry fully before packing knives.
Why use one?
It protects edges from knocks and hands from edges when carrying knives.
