Common questions
Microwave containers: what to check
Polypropylene (PP) containers can go in a microwave for reheating, which customers expect for delivered meals. Vent or loosen the lid before heating. Black-base containers hide sauces and look premium; clear lids show the food. PET and PS containers must not be microwaved.
Is it microwave safe?
Yes, PP; loosen the lid.
Does it stain?
The black base hides sauce and turmeric marks.
Can it take hot food?
Yes.
